Kodiaks led 6-0 at the half and then exploded with 20 points in the third frame to take control.
In the fourth, when Rams scored twice, Kodiaks widened the gap by adding another seven points to put the game well out of reach.
It was the only meeting of the season between the two teams.
Kodiaks QB Sawyer Theissen completed 14 of 28 attempts for 179 and three touchdowns to Ben Fehr, Matthew Sturgess and Quinn Nuekomm.
Prince George defensive back Dillon Piddocke also got in on the scoring, returning an interception 69 yards for a major.
Brady Harper kicked 37- and 32-yard field goals for the Kodiaks.
The lone bright spot for the Rams was their running game, which produced both of their touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
Damon Badenhorst, who led 黑马磁力 with 107 rushing yards on 19 carries, and Bruce Jones with 48 yards on 12 carries both found the endzone for six points each and kicker Sarthak Dosanjh accounted for the other point.
Rams quarterback Tristan Clarke completed seven of 19 attempts for 79 yards and the interception.
Prince George improves to 2-2 and moved into a third-place tie with the Rams and VI Raiders.
Kodiaks will visit the Kamloops Broncos in Week 6, while the Rams have the bye.
Saturday, Aug. 30, Rams will host Westshore Rebels at McLeod Athletic Park Stadium beginning at 4 p.m.
