The Abbotsford Canucks are celebrating their historic Calder Cup win with a community celebration on Thursday, June 26.
The Championship Celebration takes place at Abbotsford Centre (33800 King Rd.), with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the event starting at 6:30 p.m.
Fans are invited to celebrated the first Calder Cup victory in franchise history alongside the team, including general manager Ryan Johnson and head coach Manny Malhotra.
The night will also include appearances from Canucks alumni, exclusive championship merchandise, and photo ops featuring Fin and the Fanboni.
The Abbotsford Canucks clinched the best-of-seven series on Monday (June 26) with a 3-2 win against the Charlotte Checkers at Bojangles Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Abbotsford went 24-11-0-1 for the season and recorded a league-best 10-3 during the playoffs.
Tickets for the celebration are $5 (including taxes) and can be purchased at . All proceeds support the Canucks for Kids Fund.
