Fort Artists Group hosts Artists’ Choice show and sale June 24 to July 30

The Fort Artists Group (FLAG) is exhibiting their “Artists’ Choice” show and sale June 24 to July 30 in Fort .

The group’s summer home, appropriately named the “FLAGstop Gallery,” is housed in the historic CN Train Station Baggage Room, located on the corner of Glover Road and Mavis Avenue.

Now in their 23rd year, FLAG consists of a diverse group of artists from the s.

The “Artists’ Choice” show and sale is the second of three exhibits in their 2017 season. The last showing,“The Four Seasons,” will be on display from Aug. 5 to Sept. 4.

The gallery is also participating in the creative Canada Day Passport Stamp activity on July 1.

The exercise will take participants to eight different locations throughout Fort . Those who stamp a full passport will be entered for a chance to win a $250 gift basket, which includes an original piece of art from FLAG.

FLAGstop Gallery hours are noon to 4 p.m. every Saturday, Sunday and holiday Monday from May 20 to Sept. 4.
