BC Assessment says property values will drop an average of 2.5 per cent in 2020, affecting the most expensive regions the most.
The average property decreased by 15 per cent across Metro Vancouver. Meanwhile, for the first time in at least three years, properties in Surrey and Abbotsford have cracked the top 10 list.
Once again at the top, though, is Lululemon founder Chip Wilson鈥檚 property in Vancouver鈥檚 Kitsilano neighbourhood, despite an 11-per-cent dip this year, dropping from $73.12 million to about $64.94 million.
