ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦'s Tiffany Foster and other top international jumping stars will be competing at Thunderbird Show Park (tbird) during two weeks of CSI4* competition, beginning with the 2025 Canadian Premier, May 21 to 25.

In all, 57 international entries are expected to take to the Fort Grand Prix Arena, ultimately vying for top honours in Sunday’s CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix.

Foster is one of six Olympic veterans who will be riding at tbird, going up against Katie Laurie (AUS), Uma O'Neill (NZL), Hilary Scott (AUS), Patricio Pasquel (MEX), and Daniel Coyle (IRL).

Foster, who won her first CSI5* Grand Prix at tbird in 2023, is currently ranked one of the top 40 riders worldwide, as well as in the top five female athletes.

She will have a  new partner in California Pie, as well as an experienced one in Battlecry.

Foster will be  joined by multiple top Canadian athletes, including 2022 Canadian national champion Ali Ramsay, who has brought two of her top horses, Bonita V/H Keizershof Z and Conrado 12, as well as national team members Ben Asselin, Kara Chad, Nicole Walker and Samantha Buirs-Darvill.

Local talent includes Christopher Lowe, Kyle King, Buirs-Darvill, with Kassidy Keith, and Natalie Popham.

From the top 20 ranked riders in the world, Canadian Premier welcomes number 16 – and tbird’s winningest rider – Conor Swail and three of his seasoned veterans, Theo 160, Count Me In, and Vital Chance de la Roque. 

Joining Swail is fellow Irishman Coyle, who sits in the 14th spot worldwide. Coyle is bringing Incredible, his partner for the FEI World Cup Finals, and Farrell, another mount on winning form for the 2025 season so far.

International competition at the 2025 Canadian Premier kicks off Wednesday, May 21 and continues through Sunday, May 25. Highlighting the schedule for the week in the Fort Grand Prix Arena are the CSI4* and MarBill Hill U25 divisions, culminating with the week's feature event, the CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix on Sunday.
