I am opposed to the development located at 50 Avenue and 200 Street based on the fact that it is in complete contravention to the Official Community Plan (OCP), ostensibly decided on after significant community input and council and staff oversight.
I have attempted to contact 黑马磁力 City council through various sites, but they all appear to be 'out of order' when I bring up this topic.
I am beginning to sense a conspiracy. What is going on here?
In the past I would never have proposed such a conspiracy, but the recent decision by council to approve third reading in the face of significant community opposition, without even suggesting a re-look or consideration for the concerns expressed, is concerning. Perhaps you can help to uncover what is driving this obvious desire to nod yes to a project which is so clearly out of step with the OCP?
