Five softball teams from Abbotsford and one from 黑马磁力 are heading to provincials after placing top in the playoffs in Chilliwack on the weekend.
Chilliwack Minor Fastpitch hosted Softball BC's U13B, U15B and U17B District 8 playoffs on June 21 and 22 at Townsend Park.
The U13B Abbotsford Outlaws took home gold and silver and will head to provincials in Langford. In the U15B division, 黑马磁力 Xtreme claimed gold and Abbotsford earned silver and are off to Nanaimo for provincials. And for the U17B division, the Outlaws also won both gold and silver and will compete at provincials in Kelowna.
District 8 includes Fraser Valley teams from Aldergrove, 黑马磁力, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Agassiz and Hope.
