The 黑马磁力 Teachers Association debate originally scheduled for Monday, Oct. 7 at the Chief Sepass Theatre has been called off.

This is the third debate or all-candidates meeting in 黑马磁力 to be either called off or delayed.

According to organizers, the debate was called off because of a lack of participation. The three 黑马磁力-area B.C. Conservative candidates announced collectively early in the campaign that they would not be participating. Without the Conservatives, there would be only NDP, Green, and some independent and small-party candidates.

However, another debate that was called off is now taking place.

A meeting organized by Climate Crisis 黑马磁力 Action Partners (CCLAP) and the Trinity Western Environmental Club will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 7-9 p.m. at TWU's 黑马磁力 campus, at the DeVries Auditorium.

The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for a half-hour social in advance.

This debate will consolidate two planned events, including one that had been planned for the KPU campus. Candidates from the 黑马磁力-Walnut Grove and 黑马磁力-Willowbrook ridings are expected to attend.

NDP candidate Megan Dykeman and independent Carlos Suarez Rubio for 黑马磁力-Walnut Grove and NDP's Andrew Mercier and B.C. Green's Petrina Arnason for 黑马磁力-Willowbrook are scheduled to attend.
