Dear Editor,
Canadians have been sold a lie that euthanasia concerns individual autonomy and personal choice.
In practice, people like the elderly, handicapped, [and those with ] disabilities, depression and other illnesses, will often feel pressure to die by euthanasia.
It should be up to the individual not the doctors, believing that their life is or is not worth living.
