Ethan Cody enjoyed the zip-line so much, he went on it twice at 黑马磁力 City Community Day on Saturday.
"You weren't scared, were you?" his mom Felicia Distefano asked him as he gave a shy nod no.
He and his mom twice soared above Douglas Crescent for a couple hundred feet. They were some of the many in the long lineup for the ride that made its first appearance at Community Day.
The event on June 14 saw big crowds as people checked out booths by local community groups, government agencies, and businesses, participated in games and activities, enjoyed live entertainment on the Spirit Square stage, and checked out the array of offerings by the Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival.
