What's new in aging? People can find out at the Young at Heart Expo for seniors.
The expo on Wednesday, June 18, happens at the 黑马磁力 Curling Centre, 20699 42 Ave., between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and it's free to attend.
The event hosted by Black Press Media is dedicated to health, wellness, and community connection just for seniors.
That means there will be activities, a variety of vendors showcasing the latest in health products and services, as well as community resources, representatives from local clubs, and more.
The guest speakers are Suzie Grant, with Seniors Discovery Tours; and Keith Fairbairn, of Hero Home Care. There are group Zumba and fitness classes.
People can take part in games and there are prizes being given out throughout the day adding to to $10,000. Oh, and there's a petting corral with animals.
