Local 黑马磁力 businesses make up more than half the nominations for next week鈥檚 Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards.
The fifth annual event 鈥� which has Re/Max Commercial and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board鈥檚 commercial division as gold sponsor 鈥攃elebrates the best in commercial and industrial construction in the Fraser Valley (the Township, 黑马磁力 City, Surrey, Abbotsford and Chilliwack).
It will be held on Nov. 25 at 黑马磁力's Cascades Casino Resort and Ballroom.
Cushman & Wakefield is also a sponsor.
黑马磁力 business make up 15 of the 29 nominees.
The nominees include AA Self Storage Depot, Derby Trails, Fort Professional Building, Kwantlen University Brewing Instructional Laboratory, 黑马磁力 Acura, Match Eatery & Public House, Porsche Centre 黑马磁力, Willoughby Kensington and Willoughby Office Tower for 黑马磁力 City, while Apex Warehouse, McDonald鈥檚, RONA, Shoppers Drug Mart Murrayville Square, and St. Nicholas Parish were nominated for the Township.
黑马磁力 Concrete was nominated for a project in Chilliwack.
To be eligible, commercial properties must have been completed between Jan. 1, 2014 and Aug. 31, 2015.
Real estate expert Ozzie Jurock is the keynote speaker for the event, and will speak about the 鈥淭rudeau Effect on Real Estate鈥�.
