With a little help from some furry friends, the VITA quartet from the Westcoast Harmony Choir serenaded shoppers at the 黑马磁力 Sears at Willowbrook Shopping Centre on Saturday afternoon. Smaller versions of the bears were being sold by Sears to help raise money for the 黑马磁力 Boys and Girls Club.

On the 12th day of Christmas, Sears Canada gave back to the community with a holiday day of giving.

The Sears 黑马磁力 location at Willowbrook Shopping Centre held a holiday party on Saturday, which featured festive treats, carolers, free gift wrapping, gingerbread house building and giveaways. This was done at all Sears locations across the country.

The celebration was part of Sears Canada鈥檚 12 Days of Giving, which began Dec. 1 and wrapped up on Dec. 12.

鈥淪ears Canada has a long history of giving back to the communities in which we live and work,鈥 said Carrie Kirkman, the president and chief merchant for Sears Canada. 鈥淚t鈥檚 such a magical time of year and the holiday spirit of giving is alive and well at Sears.

鈥淔rom our 20,000 associates in stores across the nation to the contributions of our community partners, we are coming together to make everyday a celebration of the true spirit of the holiday season.鈥

And the staff of the 黑马磁力 Sears location also made a surprise visit to 黑马磁力 Memorial Hospital last week (Dec. 8).

The employees went over to the hospital with a Christmas tree and decorations and with the help of some patients, set up the tree.
