A 黑马磁力 craft brewery鈥檚 amber ales are golden delicious.
For , the proof is in the pint, as the local brewery won pair of golds at the recent in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Trading Post鈥檚 Smuggler鈥檚 Trail Rye Amber Ale won gold in the Rye Beer category 鈥� it鈥檚 the same beer that won gold in the Amber category at recently held Canadian Brewing Awards.
As well, Trading Post won gold for their Belgian Style Blonde in the Belgian Style Pale (Golden) Strong Ale category.
National attention
Smuggler鈥檚 Trail Rye Amber Ale won gold in (CBAs) North American Style Amber category.
This is Trading Post鈥檚 first year competing and winning at the national event.
The 15th annual Canadian Brewing Awards took place from May 25 to 27 in Ottawa.
Breweries of all sizes were invited from across the country to compete for awards in various categories, including Canadian Brewery of the Year and Canadian Beer of the Year.
B.C. breweries took home 17 golds, 20 silvers and 13 bronzes for a total of 51 awards.
This is the most the province has ever won.
