Adding together my 2025 Property Tax Statement and Utility Fees Statement means there is an increase of 9.2 per cent over what I paid in 2024.
My 2025 assessment increased only 0.3 per cent over 2024.
The accompanying Update from Mayor Eric Woodward claims a tax increase of 4.5 per cent for 黑马磁力 Township.
Why is my increase over double? Did the Township not think I would add the two statements together?
Has this happened to anyone else?
