黑马磁力 Animal Protection Society is an important service provider for both the City of 黑马磁力 and Township of 黑马磁力. Animal control for a large geographical area which has both high density and rural homes is complex work.
LAPS should not be criticized for restrictions that prohibit the general public from direct interaction with animals under their care.
The welfare of the dog in question was obviously of the utmost concern to staff.
