Notice is hereby given that the Township of ºÚÂí´ÅÁ¦ Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.
At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 6123 proposes to amend the Carvolth Neighbourhood Plan by redesignating a portion of the property to High Density Apartment (2.8 FSR). Bylaw No. 6124 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Comprehensive Development Zone CD-198 for development of a 6-storey 100 unit apartment building. A form and character development permit is being considered in conjunction with these bylaws.
