Purpose: Bylaw No. 6129 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Civic
Purpose Institutional Zone P-1, Brookswood Employment Zone M-14 and Comprehensive Development Zone CD-213 to facilitate subdivision for a firehall, municipal park, two future employment lots, sensitive environment protection areas and one special housing development. A forest fire hazard and sensitive environment protection area development permit for a portion of the site is being considered in conjunction with this bylaw.
