One person died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash in Chilliwack Saturday evening.
There are reports that a pickup truck sheared a power pole on Chilliwack Lake Road at about 5:20 p.m. The vehicle then left the road and ended up on a residential property.
Life-saving efforts were made on scene, but the victim died at the scene.
Upper Fraser Valley RCMP, the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) and the BC Coroners Service are investigating the collision.
