The police won't say how much, just that it's a sizable amount of cash and they are looking to find the rightful owner.
On March 15, a large amount of cash was turned in to the 黑马磁力 RCMP.
Investigation revealed that the cash was discovered on Jan. 22 in the 7200 block of Springbrook Road in 黑马磁力.
"We are hoping to reunite these funds with the rightful owner," said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom, 黑马磁力 RCMP. "We are asking the rightful owner to come forward and explain themselves in detail so that the monies can be returned to them."
The general public is urged not to contact 黑马磁力 RCMP and simply guess the total amount with the hopes of getting the cash.
"Making a false claim is a crime," Sharoom noted.
The owner who lost the cash is asked to contact the 黑马磁力 RCMP at 604-532-3200 and quote file 2025-7527.
