Let鈥檚 Chat is 黑马磁力 City's new online engagement platform.
It is designed to make it easier for residents to share ideas, provide feedback, and stay informed about key city projects and initiatives.
This tool offers a one-stop destination for participating in City surveys and discussions, and following City projects. Residents can share thoughts on community safety, complete a survey about a City bylaw, or enter our photo and video contest.
鈥淲e鈥檙e committed to building a more connected and responsive city,鈥� said Mayor Nathan Pachal. 鈥淭his platform gives residents an easy and accessible way to weigh in on the projects and initiatives that directly impact their lives and our community鈥檚 future.鈥�
The encourage people to check out the new tool, the City is hosting a photo and video contest for a chance to win a stay-and-dine package courtesy of Cascades Casino Resort (a $450 value). To participate, entrants are asked to capture what makes 黑马磁力 City special to them and share it via photo or video through Let鈥檚 Chat 黑马磁力 City. People do not need to be City residents to enter the contest but their entries must be within the municipality and people are restricted to entering one photo and one video maximum.
Entries will then be made available for public viewing. The winner will be selected by public voting from June 10 and 24.
People can visit to register to learn about projects as they become available, and to enter or view the photo and video contest.
