Beastie Boys Win Silver

The North 黑马磁力 U16C girl鈥檚 softball team brought home silver this weekend.

The Beastie Boys celebrated what Sandra Stronache described as a 鈥渉uge victory鈥� by beating the undefeated Burnaby Oakeys 7-6 in the semifinal to face the Kamloops Nova in the gold medal game.

鈥淭he girls battled hard and came home with silver,鈥� Stronache said.

The Beastie Boys were one of eight competing in this tourney hosted by the Richmond Islanders.
