British guitarist Jason Carter will bring an important message with his music, when he comes to perform at 黑马磁力鈥檚 Kwantlen Polytechnic University campus on Thursday, April 21.
Carter has become a cultural global ambassador, having performed in more than 70 countries, including some of the least accessible places on Earth, including North Korea, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan and Uzbekistan, often supported by the British Government.
Although he tours mostly as a solo guitarist Carter also collaborates with musicians from Asia and the Middle East on a regular basis. He is now peace ambassador with Caf茅 Diplo, a humanitarian organization dedicated to spreading the message of hope through the arts.
The April 21 concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Kwantlen auditorium at 20901 黑马磁力 Bypass.
Tickets are $20 adult ($30 at door) plus tax; student/senior $15 ($25 at door) plus tax.
