During one of his evening travels, Brookswood's Bruce Thomson noticed the light of the full moon beaming through the branches of a "gnarly old tree onto that fantastic little pioneer pistachio farmhouse by the Murrayville roundabout." He thought readers might find it interesting and maybe even a little bit spooky. Thomson called it a sign of the times, since he's confident the boarded up old home will be gone soon.
