Roughly 100 amateur racers satisfied their need for speed Thursday night, which, in turn, made Speed For Need a roaring success.
Fast Track Indoor Karting Inc. on Production Way in 黑马磁力 City held its annual food-and-fundraiser Dec. 1.
Visitors were offered a race around the track in exchange for either a cash donation or non-perishable food donations.
All donations will go to the 黑马磁力 Christmas Bureau and Sources 黑马磁力 Food Bank.
Fast Track sales rep Jose Perez said there was a generous amount of food donations 鈥攚ith non-perishables filling a large bin 鈥� as well as some cash donations during the event.
鈥淭he night went well,鈥� Perez said. 鈥淭here is a lot of people in need at Christmas time so anytime you can help the community, it鈥檚 a bonus.鈥�
