Roberts Rail Corridor up for discussion at Chamber meeting

Roberts Rail Corridor Program manager Robin Johnston will be the guest presenter at the Greater 黑马磁力 Chamber of Commerce鈥檚 dinner meeting on Oct. 18.

鈥淭here is no denying that transportation is a huge issue in the 黑马磁力鈥檚,鈥 said Chamber president Denni Bonetti.

鈥淩obin Johnston will share information with us and answer questions concerning how the new road-rail projects for the Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Program will improve the safe flow of local traffic and access for emergency vehicles.鈥

The meeting is at the Cascades Casino Coast Hotel and Convention Centre (20393 Fraser Highway).

Networking is 5 to 6:30 p.m. and followed by dinner and presentations. Cost is $30 for Chamber members and $45 for non-Chamber members. Registration closes Oct. 14 at 5 p.m.

It is Oct. 26 at the abc Country Restaurant, 19219 56 Ave. Cost is $20 for Chamber members and $25 for non-Chamber members and includes breakfast.
