On Line Collision in Murrayville was recently awarded a 2011 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for outstanding customer service.
AutocheX is a third party company that measures customer satisfaction levels for body shops through surveys. On Line Collision and 14 other c.a.r. shop VALET facilities in B.C. achieved customer satisfaction scores in the top five per cent of over 7,000 shops across North America. Scores are based on criteria including the shop鈥檚 ability to keep customers informed, provide on time deliveries and provide efficient, safe and quality repairs.
